This policy explains what personal data NextBigLeap collects, why, and what you can do about it. NextBigLeap is run by NEXTBIGLEAP AI CONSULTING (UEN 53504164X), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, email, company and whatever you write in your message. It goes to our inbox at [email protected].
When we email you about our services. Your name, work email, company, role, and public business details we found, like your company website or LinkedIn page.
When you visit the site. Basic usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. See Cookies and analytics below.
We don't collect NRIC numbers, payment card details or sensitive personal data through this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about a project.
- To send you a short business email about our services, if we think it's relevant to your company.
- To keep basic records of who we've spoken to, so we don't email you twice or after you've said no.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the tools we use to run the business (email, hosting, analytics, scheduling), and only so they can do that job.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics. It sets cookies to measure visits and pages viewed, and gives us aggregate usage information such as approximate location, device and browser. We use it only to improve the site. The data is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Business emails and opting out
If we email you about our services, every email says who it's from and how to stop them. Reply "unsubscribe" or use the opt-out link, and we'll stop within 10 business days and keep you on a do-not-contact list so it stays that way. We follow Singapore's Spam Control Act for these emails.
Our social media tools
We use a scheduling tool to post to our own social accounts, including our YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services. That tool only accesses our own accounts. It doesn't collect data about visitors to this site or viewers of our channel. Use of YouTube is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our app's access to a Google account anytime at Google security settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and outreach records for as long as they're useful for the conversation, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Do-not-contact records are kept so we can respect your opt-out.
How we protect it
Your data sits in password-protected business accounts with access limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep it safe, and we'll tell you and the PDPC if a notifiable breach happens.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent for us to use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
